Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has heaped praise on winger Pedro Neto ahead of the Carabao Cup fourth round tie against Wolverhampton Wanderers on the road.
The west London giants suffered a setback last weekend. Sunderland came from behind to register an impressive 2-1 Premier League win at Stamford Bridge.
As a result, the Blues have dropped to ninth in the league standings and they will be aiming to make amends against Tottenham Hotspur on the road this weekend.
Prior to that, they have a midweek Carabao Cup fourth round tie at Wolves. Ahead of the game, Maresca has heaped praise on Neto in his pre-match press conference.
Maresca told reporters: "He's top, very humble and working hard. He's a very important player for us. We are very happy."
The Blues manager made wholesale changes for the Champions League clash against Ajax last week. We could see something similar against Wolves at the Molineux Stadium.
Chelsea should be clear favourites to beat the Midlands outfit, who are presently bottom of the Premier League table with just two points from nine matches played.
