Jens Lehmann has moved back to his homeland as he completed a switch to Bundesliga hopefuls VfB Stuttgart.

Lehmann was apparently only interested in staying in London or returning to Germany, but VfB have sealed a major coup landing the German international goalie.



Lehmann spent many successful years at Arsenal but had grown increasingly frustrated with his lack of first-team opportunities after Manuel Almunia took his first team spot.



Arsene Wenger told the German there was no future for him at the club, and he has now made the move elsewhere.
