Tresoldi to Arsenal soon?

Arsenal want to sign German striker to replace Jesus

26 April 2026 - 19:55

Arsenal are reportedly weighing up a formal bid for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi as they seek to replace Gabriel Jesus this summer.

  • William Gallas wants Chelsea to appoint La Liga manager
  • Wesley Fofana sends message ahead of Leeds game
  • The Gunners currently have Viktor Gyokeres, Kai Havertz and Jesus as their centre-forward options, but the latter is expected to leave.

Jesus will enter the last year of his contract this summer, and it has been claimed that he could be offloaded amid Serie A interest.

The Gunners have already started the hunt for a replacement, and reports claim that Tresoldi has been earmarked as the ideal candidate, as per Tuttomercatoweb.

Sporting director Andrea Berta has already started negotiating with Brugge for the German youth international and a fee of around 30 million euros could be proposed.

The big question remains whether Tresoldi would be tempted to join the Gunners as the third-choice striker behind Gyokeres and Havertz for the 2026/27 campaign.

Tresoldi is open to pursuing a new challenge away from Brugge. Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund are tracking him closely too.
