Mancini lost Inter dressing room

Mancini lost Inter dressing room

09 June 2008 - 16:17

Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini apparently lost the support and confidence of his own players, according to Inter reserve goalkeeper Francesco Toldo, who admitted there were problems with the players and coach relationship.

  • Chelsea lining up new midfielder to replace Enzo?
  • Chelsea interested in signing Christian Kofane
  • Inter Milan fired Mancini, and have quickly moved to replace him with Jose Mourinho.

“It’s true, he went because part of the locker room had turned against him,” Toldo told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Something changed ever since the Liverpool game and we even risked losing the Scudetto after his destabilising comments.”
