Galliani talks striker moves

Galliani talks striker moves

27 June 2008 - 11:00

AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani has confirmed that he has made moves for Emmanuel Adebayor and Ronaldinho, but the costs of both players are rather excessive.

  • Chelsea join Liverpool & Man Utd in race to sign 26yo
  • Barcelona identify Arsenal midfielder as key transfer target

  • ”Milan will do everything possible to sign another attacker,” Galliani told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

”We like both Adebayor and Ronaldinho but their costs are excessive.

”Ancelotti is aware of this and on Wednesday we rebuilt our strategy. Carlo is prepared to set up a Milan with Ronaldinho and without Adebayor.

"Meanwhile we have brought back Borriello and we expect a lot from him. And do not forget about Inzaghi and Pato. If we add Kakà and Seedorf, our offensive potential is superior to our rivals.”
