Robinho eyes Real Madrid stay

Chelsea target Robinho is reportedly desperate to stay in Madrid. The Brazilian international had been linked with a move to join fellow Brazilian Luiz Felipe Scolari at Chelsea in a £24.5 million deal.

  • "I hope to stay at Real this year," said Robinho, who cost Real 24 million euros when they secured him from Santos. "I don't want to be part of the Ronaldo deal."

The comments are sure to disappoint Chelsea; who have remained keen to sign several new players this summer with a reported £250 million budget.
