Jol: offered compo package?

25 September 2007 - 13:39

Rumours have circulated that Martin Jol has been offered a £4m compensation package to quit Tottenham whenever the club ask him to leave. Juande Ramos has been hotly tipped to take the Spurs job in recent weeks.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • Martin Jol's disappointing start to the season with Tottenham has brought speculation of a mutual departure away from Spurs.

As the side's form has yet to improve - particularly against Arsenal - Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has reportedly offered the compensation package and will hire a new manager when the right man is found.
