Tottenham striker Darren Bent has revealed he is worried about his long term future at White Hart Lane after the arrivals of Jermain Defoe and Robbie Keane back at the club.
Bent quipped: âIâve spoken to the manager [Harry Redknapp] a couple of times about my position but I can only hear the same thing so many times.
âIâm not one of those players who will just sit back and let his career pass him by. Iâll bang on his door. At least Iâm still involved. Iâm not being left out of the squad or anything like that.
âI need to play more games. I want to play football. I donât want another season where Iâm in and out of the team all the time.
âIâve actually scored quite a lot of goals this season, considering Iâm not playing regularly. So Iâm going to have to weigh up my options in the summer.â
