Sevilla striker Frederic Kanoute has signed a new contract at the club. The former Tottenham man had been a long-term target for Carlo Ancelotti's AC Milan, and were expected to make an offer for the forward this summer.
Kanoute has long been one of La Liga's most consistent goalscorers and a move away from the club had seemed a real possibility for some time.
However, the Frenchman has decided against making a move away from Spain and penned a lucrative new contract at the club.
