Barcelona defensive midfielder Rafael Marquez has been linked with a shock move to the Premiership with Arsenal. It is understood that Arsene Wenger is keen to bring in one or two players, and has identified the Mexican as one of his main targets this summer.

    Now it seems that Arsenal are ready to test Pep Guardiola's sides resolve and mount a switch for the talented Mexican.



    The 30 year old has struggled with knee injuries this season, and is reportedly ready to try his luck in the Premiership.
