Aston Villa chase Barnes

Aston Villa are rumoured to be ready to make an offer for Derby County winger Giles Barnes in the summer. It is understood the Villains will pay £4 million for the youngster.

Barnes is regarded as one of the best young prospects in the Championship; and is desperate to complete a move to the highest tier of English football.



West Ham have also been linked with the England under-21 star, but Aston Villa are believed to be in the driving seat for the player.
