Bruce delighted with Cana swoop

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce has revealed he was delighted to seal the signing of Marseille midfielder Lorik Cana, insisting that the 5 million GBP paid was a bargain for the Albanian international.

Bruce said: "I'm delighted to have brought Lorik to the club, especially given the number of clubs who had expressed an interest in signing him.



"He brings with him a tremendous amount of experience both at club level and internationally, and is a great addition to our squad."
