According to Arsenal legend Ian Wright, Patrick Vieira could well be on his way back to the club. Tottenham have been linked with a move for the midfielder, but nothing has been confirmed at this stage as to Arsenal's interest.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to take a gamble on the Arsenal legend and bring him back to the club for a trial period next week in order to keep an eye on his fitness.
"I'm hearing Vieira, pay-as-you-play, back at Arsenal,â Wright exclaimed on his Talksport show.
"That's what I'm hearing, and that's what I'm hoping."
