Barcelona legend Ronaldinho has insisted that Lionel Messi has all the abilities to win the Golden Ball this season. Lionel Messi has overshadowed even Thierry Henry this year, scoring some fantastic goals to send him to the top of the scorer tables in La Liga.
"There are many high-quality players, but I have seen Messi develop and I vote for Leo to win the Golden Ball. I have other friends who also performed very well this season, who won important things, but I would like Leo to win," the European Footballer of the Year 2005 said of his team-mate.
