Barca chase Arsenal's Clichy

Barcelona continue to frustrate Arsene Wenger in the transfer market, as reports from Spain this morning suggest that the Catalan giants will make a move for Gael Clichy. The France defender is considering a move away from the Emirates.

With Kieran Gibbs fast becoming one of the brightest young defenders in the Premiership, Clichy could find his opportunities in the first team limited next season.



Barcelona are apparently preparing a 12 million GBP offer for the Frenchman and may even make an offer that includes Spaniard Cesc Fabregas in the deal.
