Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson has reportedly made Scott Parker one of his primary transfer markets this January. The player is valued in the region of 9 million GBP.
Tottenham are also chasing the England international midfielder, but apparently Parker is more interested in leaving London and has his heart set on a switch to Merseyside.
West Ham are battling relegation this season and Parker has been one of the few stars in what has been a dismal campaign.
