Cazorla set to join Malaga

Santi Cazorla is set to surprise many Premiership clubs and complete a move to Malaga. He will join from his current club Villarreal in a 22m EUR package deal.

Arsenal and Liverpool were amongst the clubs linked with Cazorla, but the player chose to join Malaga.

Run by a Qatari Sheikh, Malaga have been very active in the transfer market of late, signing the likes of Ruud van Nistelrooy and Diego Buenanotte.

Cazorla will link up with his new team tomorrow.
