Swansea chasing Anton Ferdinand
Swansea may make a surprise move for Anton Ferdinand. Brendan Rogers is reportedly in discussions with his board and is ready to pay up to 2m GBP to land the centre back.
Ferdinand has been told that he will find opportunities limited this year by Steve Bruce, particularly after the arrivals of former Man Utd duo Wes Brown and John O'Shea.
Ferdinand is valued by Sunderland in the region of 3m GBP.
