Tottenham still pushing for Lassana Diarra

Tottenham are still hoping to bring Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra to the club. Harry Redknapp confirmed that talks were taking place, and that Spurs' chairman Daniel Levy is in contact with Real Madrid.
Diarra has already plenty of experience in the Premier League, after spells with Chelsea, Arsenal and Portsmouth.
Diarra is valued at around 12m by Madrid, who are reluctant to let the Frenchman leave.
"As for Diarra, I like him," said boss Harry Redknapp.
"It's a possibility. [The chairman's] been trying for us. He's been trying to do something there."
