Barcelona deny Man City Messi offer

Barcelona have denied rumours that Manchester City made a transfer window approach for Argentina international Lionel Messi.

Barcelona vice president Josep Maria Bartemeu said of any offer for Messi: “Our policy is not to sell our stars but on this subject it certainly did not (happen).”

According to reports; Man City had offered 75m GBP for the Argentine forward.
