Romeu already happy at Chelsea

Chelsea midfielder Oriel Romeu was happy to quit Barcelona for the Blues, insisting that the decision had not been a hard one to make. Romeu had been signed as a replacement for Michael Essien, out for the season through injury.

"It was not hard to leave Barca," he told Ona FM.

"I am eager to face this new opportunity. When this offer came in, I thought about it a little, but then I had no doubts about accepting it.

"I did not talk to Guardiola about my future and Barcelona accepted the offer with no problem."
