Mounir El Hamdaoui wanted by Fulham

Fulham manager Martin Jol is chasing Mounir El Hamdaoui, the Dutch-Moroccan striker currently playing for Jol's former club Ajax.
El Hamdaoui has been in sensational form since arriving at Ajax in 2009 scoring 63 goals in 57 games for the Dutch champions.
Fulham's boss could raid his former club for a player he has already coached twice, formerly at Tottenham and then Ajax.
Blackburn Rovers were amongst a range of clubs who were monitoring El Hamdaoui this summer, but it appears Fulham is the preferred option of the player.
