Manchester United pull out of Alvaro Vadillo move
Man Utd have decided to pull the plug on a move for highly rated Alvaro Vadillo. The Real Betis player sustained a serious injury this week, and will be on the sidelines for over six months.
Alex Ferguson had been tracking Vadillo for three months, and the injury comes as a bitter blow for the Spanish 17 year old.
Real Betis consider the winger to be their most prized asset. He is the youngest player to have donned the Real Betis jersey in a Primera League game.
Although United have withdrawn their interest for the time being, it should only be a matter of time until another top club makes a proper offer.
