Chelsea big fans of Sebastian Giovinco

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is a huge fan of Italian midfielder Sebastian Giovinco and could make a move in January for the talented playmaker.

Giovinco has been linked with a move to the Premier League for over two seasons, and Arsenal were originally the most likely destination for the Parma man.

However, Chelsea want to sign the 24 year old as cover for Frank Lampard next year, who at 33 is reaching the twilight of his career.

Parma could demand as much as 7.5m GBP for Giovinco.
