Wenger a big fan of goal line technologies
Arsene Wenger has backed the introduction of goal line technology in the Premier League's top flight. Wenger thinks that the sooner technology is used to aid referees and decision making, the better.
Over the years, a number of high profile incidents have thrown the introduction of such technology into the spotlight. Most recently, Frank Lampard's disallowed goal against Germany in the World Cup of 2010 caused uproar in England. But there have been many incidents in the past, such as Pedro Mendes' long distance strike against Man Utd whilst playing for Tottenham.
Now, Arsenal's manager has backed the introduction of goal line assistance: "I have always been a big fan of it and given it every support.
"Let's go for it as quickly as possible. The sooner the better."
