QPR to make loan offer for Sebastien Squillaci
Queens Park Rangers have been linked with a move for Arsenal defender Sebastien Squillaci. The French defender is available on loan until the end of the season; and after Mark Hughes missed out on the signing of Chelsea defender Alex, he is weighing up a move for the Frenchman Squillaci instead.
Squillaci has endured a torrid time since completing a move from Sevilla to Arsenal in 2010, and the Gunners have decided to let the French player leave the club on loan.
The Gunners have put the defender on the market for a fee of around 1 million GBP, nearly four times less than what they paid for the 31-year-old.
