Man Utd chasing Granit Xhaka

Manchester United have been credited with a move for Basel midfielder Granit Xhaka, the player who has been linked with a number of top European sides including Palermo and Chelsea.

However, it appears Man Utd are in pole position to secure Xhaka's coveted signature.


Georg Heitz, the sports director of Basel, told Calciomercato.com: "I do not like naming names, I can only say there's many clubs who follow him, not just these."
