Newcastle United are tracking Steeven Langil, the 25-year-old midfielder currently playing for Auxerre. Langil has spent the last few years on loan and has impressed at the French side in recent months.

Newcastle have famously filled their ranks with French players over the past two years, and their efforts to bring the best talent from across the Channel show no signs of ending as Langil looks set to pen a two year deal at St James Park.
