Higuain's brother admits Gonzalo is close to Arsenal move

Arsenal's brother Nicolas Higuain has admitted that his brother Gonzalo is closing in on a move to the Emirates. The Real Madrid striker has been linked with a move to Juventus, but as the Old Lady closes in on the signing of Man City forward Carlos evez it appears that Arsenal have won the race for Higuain's coveted signature.

Real Madrid have now appointed Carlo Ancelotti as manager and Higuain now looks all but set to be given permission to leave the club.


"Now that Tevez is signing for Juve, does that mean Higuain is closer to Arsenal? I think so," said Gonzalo's brother.


"Juventus is a great club, but Gonzalo is too expensive for them. Napoli? They’re a strong team and a club that means a lot to Argentines.


"Having said that, I can’t deny that Gonzalo is now close to Arsenal."
