Free agent Yossi Benayoun could end up a West Bromwich Albion player next season, after the player's agent admitted there is significant interest in his client in England and Steve Clarke's side have already made an offer to the midfielder.
The 33-year-old, who has already played for Arsenal, Liverpool, West Ham as well as his last club Chelsea, now has a decision to make - whether or not he stays in England or moves abroad. There is also some interest from Germany.
"West Brom have registered their interest and now we are just waiting to see what other options are available," said Ronen Katzev, the player's agent.
"We have been negotiating with another club in the Premier League and clubs in Germany and Spain, so Yossi will have to make a decision very soon.
"He has been playing in England for a long time now so it has become like a second home to him."
