Nicolas Anelka tops West Brom shortlist

Out of contract striker Nicolas Anelka has been linked with a move to WBA. The French striker's contract with Juventus ended at the end of last season, and now the former Arsenal, Chelsea  and Liverpool striker is being chased by Steve Clarke.

Anelka has already played for five teams in the Premier League and is now the favourite to replace Romelu Lukaku, who played for the Baggies on loan last year.


The 34-year-old is currently out of contract after his last deal with Juve and Shanghai Shenhua expired.
