Arsenal loan striker Joel Campbell to Olympiacos

According to a report in Sky Sports, the Gunners have agreed on loaning out their young striker Joel Campbell to the Greek champions Olympiacos.

The youngster joined Arsenal in August 2011 but has spent his two years’ time at the club on loan to Lorient and Real Betis. He has failed to make a first team appearance for the Gunners under the guidance of Arsene Wenger, since his move from Deportivo Saprissa.


It is also a fact that the player is of key importance to the Costa Rica national team, where he has scored 7 goals in 25 appearances since his debut in June 2011.
