QPR manager Redknapp eyeing move for Oussama Assaidi
Queens Park Rangers' manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed that the Championship club are interested in acquiring the services of Liverpool winger Oussama Assaidi on a season-long loan deal.
Reports emerged last week linking the recently relegated Premier League outfit with a move for the Moroccan International. Liverpool are said to be open to parting with the 24-year-old on a temporary basis.
"I am interested in trying to loan Assaidi from Liverpool, but I'm not quite sure where we're at with that one at the moment," Redknapp was quoted saying to BBC Sport..
Assaidi has made just 12 appearances for the Merseyside outfit since his arrival from Eredivisie outfit Heerenveen last summer.
