Arsenal open Arsene Wenger contract talks

Arsenal have opened talks with manager Arsene Wenger over a new deal. The French coach is set to extend his stay at the Emirates for a further three years, signing a deal worth £8million per season.

There had been talk of a potential departure for Wenger, but with Arsenal starting the season in inspired form winning ten games in a row, the Gunners' board are set to offer Wenger a brand new deal.
