Newcastle United keen on signing Thomas Ince

Newcastle United will reportedly make a bid to sign Blackpool forward Thomas Ince when the transfer window reopens in January.

The Magpies were keen on the player during the summer, and The Mirror reports that the Tyneside club are considering making a bid in the region of £4.5m for the England Under-21 international.

The 21-year-old opted to stay with the Tangerines during the summer despite interest from several Premier League clubs, but is expected to decide his future during the winter transfer window having not signed a contract extension at Bloomfield Road.


Ince has scored four goals for Blackpool this season.
