Tottenham plan bid for Ezequiel Lavezzi
Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas will spend the remainder of his Gareth Bale transfer money on PSG forward Ezequiel Lavezzi. The Argentine international wants to leave the French champions.
Lavezzi has slipped down the pecking order this season at Paris St Germain since Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani have struck up a solid partnership on the French sides frontline, leaving the Argentine mulling over his options.
Tottenham and Liverpool have both been strongly linked with a move for the 28-year-old, but it appears Spurs are the clear favourites to sign the former Napoli star.
Spurs are ready to spend a reported £15m to sign the forward.
