Fulham could re-sign Mahamadou Diarra
Fulham manager Martin Jol has insisted that he will re-sign midfielder Mahamadou Diarra, only if he is capable of proving his fitness.
The Malian International was brought back to the Craven Cottage by Jol to train recently, having been released by the club earlier in the summer.
The 32-year-old midfielder recently featured in a reserve fixture but once again suffered an injury as he tried to make a return to competitive action.
"Diarra was injured and went to Madrid; he had a little setback so we put him on a four week rehab schedule again to get his fitness back." Jol said.
"The surgeon thought it was a good idea to put him on a four weeks rehab schedule, so we will try to get him 100 per cent fit again in four weeks and then we will make an assessment and make him a transfer offer."
