Fulham monitoring Mateusz Klich

Fulham are preparing an offer for Poland midfielder Mateusz Klich from Eredivisie side PEC Zwolle.

The talented winger played in his national's side 2-0 defeat to England and has impressed a number of clubs with his performance, with Premier League sides Fulham and Stoke City keen on acquiring the signature of the 23-year-old.

Klich who joined the Dutch club from Wolfsburg in January, is currently valued at £1m.

Klich has had a great start to the season having grabbed a goal and four assists in the league.
