PSG interested in signing Yohan Cabaye

French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain are set to make a transfer offer for Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye in January transfer window.

The club's manager Laurent Blanc has admitted that signing a top-class midfielder is currently regarded as their main target as the club are keen on challenging for the Champion League title this season.


Having failed in their attempts to sign Juan Mata during the summer, the French giants are looking elsewhere for a new signing, as the Spaniard would be unavailable to feature in the Champions League.


Yohan Cabaye is considered highly by Parisiens and it looks imminent that the player would make a switch away from Tyneside, after he admitted of his intentions to ply his trade for the Europe's elite.
