Barcelona eye summer swoop for Romelu Lukaku

La Liga champions Barcelona are reportedly set to make a transfer bid for Chelsea's Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku at the end of the season.

The talented forward, who is currently on a season-long loan deal at Everton, has insisted on many occasions that he wants to prove his worth to the Blues manager Jose Mourinho.


However, there are doubts over where the Belgian markman's future lies beyond the current season, and it is understood that the Spanish champions are confident of signing the talented forward on a permanent transfer deal in the summer, according to Portuguese sports newspaper A Bola.


Lukaku has been in top form for the Toffees this season having scored eight goals for the club in all competitions.
