Turkish clubs monitoring Dimitar Berbatov situation

Turkish sides Galatasaray and Trabzonspor will both make a bid for Bulgarian international striker Dimitar Berbatov as soon as the transfer window opens in January. The striker has been told he is free to leave Fulham.
The striker has had a disappointing start to the season for the Cottagers and new manager Rene Meulensteen is ready to let the former Spurs and Manchester United forward depart for pastures new and in search of regular first team football.
With Fulham struggling for their lives in the Premier League, a major turnaround in player personnel is expected and Berbatov is one of the players told he has no future at Craven Cottage. Trabzonspor were linked with a move for the Bulgarian back in November and have already made their initial enquiries, whilst Galatasaray are also believed to have shown some interest in the striker and are prepared to spend big to sign the player in January.
