Everton tracking Rubin Kazan star Yann M'vila

Everton are currently tracking the progress of Rubin Kazan midfielder Yann M'Vila, with reports suggesting that the French midfielder could make a January exit from the Russian club.

The 23-year-old, who came to knowledge of many top clubs in Europe during his time with Rennes, had been linked with a move to the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur during the 2012 summer transfer window, but made a surprise switch to Russian side Rubin Kazan in January 2013.


Russian newspaper Izvestia reports that the talented midfielder, who is currently banned from playing for the French national side until June 2014, wants a move out of Russia.


M'Vila was spotted at Anfield during last month's thrilling Merseyside derby at Goodison Park, sparking rumours that he could be set for a move to the Premier League in January.


Napoli are also interested in M'Vila.
