Tottenham set to send Erik Lamela on loan?

Tottenham Hotspur are apparently willing to allow summer signing Erik Lamela leave the club on loan in the January transfer window.

The talented Argentine winger has failed to cement a place in the starting line-up and the club are willing to allow the youngster go out on loan to gain useful first-team experience, in order to earn himself a berth in the national side for the World Cup finals in Brazil next year.


According to SportsDirect News, the North London club are considering offers from the likes of Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid, who have been showing keen interest in the the 21-year-old's services in recent weeks.


Erik Lamela joined Tottenham from high flying Serie A outfit Roma for a fee of £26m during the summer.
