Arsenal reject talk of Dimitar Berbatov transfer

Arsenal have not made a bid for Fulham striker Dimitar Berbatov, despite suggestions that the player will move across London to join the Cottagers' rivals. Berbatov has also attracted the attention of Tottenham.

Arsene Wenger is reportedly looking to sign a new striker in the January transfer window and had been linked with a move to the Gunners. 


However, Arsenal are not expected to make a move for the Bulgarian international.


"Berbatov is a not a name we have considered, at the moment," said Wenger.
