Serie A teams Napoli and Fiorentina have become the latest clubs to express interest in Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic. The Serbian will be a free agent in the summer after ruling out the possibility of signing a new contract at Old Trafford.

The 33 year old has caught the eye of both clubs but so far no contact has been made.

Speaking to Radio Crc, Vidic’s agent Silvano Martina said,

“Napoli? At the moment there has been no contact,” he said.

The former Spartak Moscow defender has made 282 appearances for the Red Devils since arriving in January of 2006 and has gone to win five Premier League titles.
