Newcastle striker on his way?

Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse has been linked with a move away from the club to an unnamed Qatar Club. The Magpies signed the Senegal international in 2012 for £9 Million from German club SC Freiburg.

Cisse after a blistering start to his time at Tyne side has struggled for goals and in fact has only scored one Premier League goal this season.


The 28 year old in recent times has lost his starting spot and in last few weeks only appeared as a substitute.


The reports suggest that a £9million bid has been rejected but the deal could come to fruition if the price is right for the club.
