Inter lead the race for French defender

Inter are heading the queue for Saint Etienne’s wonderkid Kurt Zouma. The club are also Zouma’s favored destination.

The 19 year old is one of the brightest prospects in the game and has been linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs including Chelsea Newcastle United and Monaco.


L’Equipe report that the Nerazzurri have matched Monaco’s offer for the defender and that the Italian giants are his preferred destination. Should all things go as planned the deal could be done as early as this January with him being allowed to go back to France for the rest of the season on loan.


Zouma is currently in the midst of an eight game ban for a horror tackle that left Sochaux midfielder Thomas Guerbert with a broken leg.
