According to a study conducted by Deloitte Real Madrid are the richest club in world football and have an income of over €500m. This is the ninth year in a row that the club have topped the list beating the previous record set by Manchester United.
Fellow La Liga side Barcelona are second, with German and European Champions Bayern Munich occupying third place.
 
Manchester United who have dropped down to fourth even though their revenues have increased and Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain make up the top 5.
 
The top 10 clubs and their revenues are as follows;
1. Real Madrid: €518.9m 
2. Barcelona: €482.6m 
3. Bayern Munich: €431.2m 
4. Man Utd:  €423.8m 
5. Paris Saint-Germain: €398.8m 
6. Man City: €316.2m 
7. Chelsea:  €303.4m 
8. Arsenal:  €284.3m 
9. Juventus: €272.4m 
10.AC Milan: €263.5m
