Palace to sign Puncheon permanently
Crystal Palace are set to sign winger Jason Puncheon Permanently from Southampton. Reports suggest a fee of 1.75 million pounds has been agreed between the two clubs.
Puncheon has been one of Palace’s best players this season and has scored three goals in his last six appearances for the London club.
The 27 year old has been surplus to requirements at Southampton and has spent two of the last three years away from St. Mary’s.
The Eagles are also poised to complete the signing of Tom Ince on loan from Blackpool for the rest of the season. The Premier League rules state one team cannot have more than two players on loan from a league and this suggests another loan deal might be in the offing.
Since Joining Southampton in 2010 from Plymouth Argyle Puncheon made 65 League appearances for the south coast club scoring eight goals.
