Arsenal star Lukas Podolski open to Koln return
Arsenal's German forward Lukas Podolski has hinted that he is open to a return to his hometown club Koln at some point in his career.
The Express claims that the German international has admitted that Koln is close to his heart, and refused to rule out a return to the Bundesliga 2 outfit in the future.
"You can never rule anything out in football," The 28-year-old said. "The FC [Koln] is always my club and always will be."
The German star has found it difficult to settle with the Gunners' first-team this season, and has often been forced to occupy a wider role.
Podolski has made 111 appearances for the German national side.
